At Bespoke we use our ability to critically analyse the biomechanical requirements for a given activity to accurately test these movements together with the aerobic fitness. Once we know where we are starting from, we set up training programmes to increase the physical capacity. 

Strength and conditioning are not only for the elite! 

They do see the benefit of it – but more often than not these are marginal gains for them! Everyone can benefit from strength and conditioning – from increasing the enjoyment levels through to prevention of niggling injuries.

Vitality fitness assessment

Learn more about your fitness. Earn up to 7500 points for completing the new Vitality Fitness Assessment.The fitness assessment is made up of two parts: A cardiovascular test and a strength and flexibility screening.It has been designed to give you a more personalized understanding of your fitness, and show you areas that can be improved on.

-The cardiovascular test uses a submaximal test on a Wattbike. We attempt to reach 85% of the maximum heartrate through increasing the power output requirement every minute

-The strength and flexibility screening uses a modified functional movement screening to expose areas when the individual has a weakness or compensation.
