Dale, a registered Biokineticist with the Health Professionals Council and Biokinetics Association of South Africa, has been active since 2011, specialising in orthopaedic rehab and performance enhancement. He has gained valuable expertise in golf strength and conditioning under top mentors, focusing on the physical demands of an efficient swing. Recently, he expanded into athletic conditioning for Padel. With extensive knowledge of chronic musculoskeletal issues like arthritis and back pain, Dale helps athletes improve performance and ensure longevity in their sport.
